Udaipur: At a state-level award ceremony आयोजित under the aegis of the Rajasthan State Bharat Scouts and Guides State Headquarters, Jaipur, a total of 115 Scouts and 11 Rovers from Udaipur district, along with 27 Scouts from Salumber district, were honored with the prestigious State Award.

According to Surendra Kumar Pandey, C.O. Scout, Udaipur district, the ceremony was held in the gracious presence of Hon’ble Governor Haribhau Bagade. The event recognized Scouts and Rovers who successfully cleared the State Award Scout and Rover examinations for the year 2025–26 from Udaipur and Salumber districts.

Representing Udaipur district at the ceremony were Scouts Maulik Garasia, Gagan Salvi, and Manan Menaria from The Scholar Arena School, R.K. Puram Sector 09, and Mridul Puri Goswami from The Vision Academy School, Udaipur. Rover Virendra Singh Chundawat from the Headquarters Open Rovers Crew, Udaipur, also represented the district.

The State Award ceremony was held at the Scout Guide State Training Centre, Jagatpura, Jaipur, where the Scouts and Rovers received the State Award Scout and Rover honors from the Governor. Udaipur Scouts also participated in the colorful cultural program organized on the occasion.

Senior Scouter and Training Counselor Dr. Bhagwati Lal Sahu from The Scholar Arena School led the Udaipur contingent as district in-charge during the ceremony.

Upon their return to Udaipur, the Scouts and Rovers were warmly welcomed at Udaipur City Railway Station by C.O. Scout Surendra Kumar Pandey, Dr. Lokesh Jain (Director, The Scholar Arena School), Pratima Samar (Principal, The Vision Academy School), Scouter Harishankar Sharma, Kuldeep Vaishnav, Rover Vishal Gupta, social worker Prashant Sharma, parents, and other well-wishers, who congratulated them on their achievement.
