Udaipur: The five-day special interaction program “Apnon Se Apni Baat”, organized by Narayan Seva Sansthan for the welfare of underprivileged and differently-abled individuals, concluded on Saturday. The event was attended by beneficiaries from various states across the country who had come to receive medical treatment and had benefited from the institution’s services.
Addressing the beneficiaries, Narayan Seva Sansthan President Prashant Agarwal said that the hardships and struggles faced in life are what ultimately make a person great. He noted that many renowned figures in history and spiritual traditions achieved greatness only after overcoming difficult circumstances. Whether it was Lord Rama, Gautama Buddha, Saint Meera, or Swami Vivekananda, all learned from their struggles and inspired society with a new direction.
He further explained that just as gold must endure intense heat before being transformed into beautiful jewelry, human beings too become stronger, more mature, and successful by overcoming challenges. Rather than fearing difficulties, people should embrace them as opportunities for growth.
During the program, beneficiaries from different states shared their experiences and expressed appreciation for the medical and rehabilitation services provided by the institution. Toofan Singh from Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh, said that he is receiving computer training at the institution and is moving towards self-reliance. Sadanand from Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh, shared that receiving an artificial limb had given him a new lease on life. Meanwhile, Junaid from Mughalsarai, Uttar Pradesh, Bhanu Pratap from Alwar, Rajasthan, and Devendra Nath from Chhattisgarh expressed their gratitude to the institution while sharing their successful post-surgery experiences.
At the conclusion of the program, the beneficiaries thanked Narayan Seva Sansthan, describing its services as a source of hope, confidence, and empowerment for differently-abled individuals.
