Udaipur: Garvit Jangid, a student of Neerja Modi School, managed by the Sojatia Group, has been selected for Hero MotoCorp's Young Innovator Programme, securing a place among the Top 30 young innovators chosen from across the country.

The prestigious programme, sponsored by Hero MotoCorp, invited applications from young science enthusiasts nationwide. Following a multi-stage evaluation process, 30 outstanding innovation projects were shortlisted, with Garvit's project earning a place among the finalists.

Congratulating the student on the achievement, Dr. Mahendra Sojatia, Chairman of the institution, said the recognition of a student from Udaipur by a globally recognised automotive company was a matter of pride not only for the district but also for Rajasthan.

Sakshi Sojatia, Director of the school, said Hero MotoCorp organised a week-long residential training programme in Jaipur for the selected participants. The programme focused on evaluating the practical applications of the students' innovations while providing training in design thinking, problem-solving, collaboration and leadership. Participants were also encouraged to develop innovative solutions to global challenges through mentorship and interactive sessions.

At the conclusion of the programme, Garvit Jangid was presented with a certificate of appreciation, a memento and a gift hamper in recognition of his performance. Hero MotoCorp also honoured the school management with a trophy for encouraging students to participate in national-level innovation programmes.

The school described the achievement as a reflection of its continued emphasis on nurturing scientific temperament, innovation and experiential learning among students.
