Udaipur: Rotary Means Business (RMB) Udaipur launched Founders Unplugged, a new initiative aimed at inspiring entrepreneurs by bringing successful business leaders together to share their journeys, leadership lessons and growth strategies.
The initiative was unveiled during the organisation's 89th official meeting, with the objective of creating a platform where experienced entrepreneurs can mentor local business owners through real-life experiences and practical business insights.
Board member Vaibhav Sharma said RMB Udaipur has been fostering entrepreneurship and strengthening business networking in the city for the past three years. The new series has been introduced to further support innovation, collaboration and sustainable business growth.
The inaugural session featured noted entrepreneur Dr Anand Gupta, who shared insights from his entrepreneurial journey, discussing innovation, leadership, strategic thinking and the importance of adapting to changing business environments. He said lasting success comes to those who continue learning and are willing to transform challenges into opportunities.
The session was chaired by Devendra Choudhary, while Swati Makhija conducted the proceedings. Dr Surabhi Gandhi moderated an interactive discussion with Dr Gupta, covering entrepreneurship, leadership, innovation and business development.
The organisers acknowledged the contributions of Julie Marmat, treasurer Puneet Gakhreja, and the entire organising team for the successful execution of the programme.
RMB Udaipur said it believes Founders Unplugged will serve as a valuable learning platform, enabling local entrepreneurs to gain practical knowledge from experienced business leaders and scale their ventures with greater confidence.
