Udaipur.On the sacred occasion of Jaljhoolni Ekadashi, the atmosphere of Lake Pichola resonated with devotional chants as Thakurji Pitambar Raiji was ceremoniously taken in a traditional Ramrewari procession to Rameshwar Ghat.

At the ghat, amidst the chanting of mantras, the temple priests and purohits of the City Palace performed the ritual bath with fresh water, followed by elaborate puja-archana. The divine sight of the deity, surrounded by joyous devotees, reflected the city’s deep-rooted cultural and religious traditions.

The celebration once again highlighted Udaipur’s living heritage, where devotion, rituals, and community participation intertwine to preserve age-old practices.
