Udaipur,  A wave of devotion swept through the city as the nine-day Sharadiya Navratri celebrations concluded with the traditional Jawara Visarjan at the Gangoo Kund, Ayad. Amidst light showers, devotees participated in large numbers, reflecting both faith and festivity.

The grand procession began from the Kalka Mata Temple, Ganesh Nagar, with traditional music and instruments. Temple priest Devendra Singh God informed that devotional bands played Mata bhajans, followed by a horse-drawn chariot carrying young girls dressed as Mataji, Lord Ganesha, and Lord Shiva, blessing the gathering. Behind them, women carried Jawara on their heads, symbolizing prosperity. Members of Kalka Mitra Mandal walked ahead, ensuring cleanliness along the route, spreading the message of Swachhta.

The procession passed through Adarsh Nagar, Bhaskar Colony, and Bekni Pulia, finally reaching Gangoo Kund where rituals were performed, and the Jawara immersion took place in auspicious timing.

Community Participation and Welcome:
Spokesperson Krishnakant Kumawat shared that the procession was welcomed by several dignitaries and organizations. Among them were Dr. Girdhari Kumawat (Royal Institute), Dr. Bansiwal Clinic, Ankita Ayurveda, Navdeep Navyuvak Mandal Bharat Vaishnav, The Success Point’s Dilip Yadav, Mahendra Singh, BJP City District’s Gajpal Singh Rathore, Rohit Joshi, Poonam Chat, Bajrang Sena Mewar founder Kamalendra Singh Panwar, Jitendra Jain, Anandi Lal Chitoda, Sharma Travels’ Vijay Sharma, Manohar Chaudhary, Nitin Chitoda, Kalyan Singh Rao, Suryaprakash Upadhyay, Suresh Rawat (Rawat Samaj), Ramji Vaishnav, Kshatriya Kumawat Samaj’s Hemendra and Vijay Kumawat, Soumedra Fanir Singh, Chetan Vaishnav, Shri Ram Bajrang Sena, Kalka Mata Mitra Mandal, Ajay Singh Pehal, Lakhara Samaj, along with many other social and religious groups.

Throughout the route, the devotees were greeted with phoolon ki varsha (floral showers), and arrangements were made for prasad, water, milk rose, ice cream, cold drinks, and fruits, ensuring a festive and spiritual environment for all.
