Udaipur: Sumit Godara, Food and Civil Supplies Minister of the Rajasthan Government, visited Udaipur today. According to media in-charge Dr. Seema Champawat, the Minister held a formal meeting and interaction with BJP workers and office-bearers at the Circuit House.

The District President, Gajpal Singh Rathore, welcomed the Minister and discussed issues related to the Food and Civil Supplies Ministry, focusing on problems faced by both urban and rural areas of Udaipur.

Speaking to BJP workers, Minister Godara emphasized that the Rajasthan Government is implementing several public welfare schemes, which should reach all citizens. He urged well-off individuals to waive subsidies they receive from the government, so that benefits of schemes—including LPG cylinders, ration, and other essential items—can reach a larger number of people.

The State Co-ordinator of Co-operation, Pramod Samar, also met Minister Godara to discuss challenges in implementing government schemes and possible solutions to ensure their smooth delivery to the public.

During the event, Dr. Seema Champawat presented the Minister with a book on the Public Distribution System in Tribal Sub-Plan Areas of Rajasthan.

The meeting was attended by senior BJP leaders and office-bearers, including City District President Gajpal Singh Rathore, Rural District President Pushkar Teli, District Secretary (City) Dr. Pankaj Baurana, District Minister Tushar Mehta, Ashok Sharma, Khushbu Malviya, Mandal President Ranjit Digpal, Surendra Singh Panwar, Hitesh Prajapat, Ashok Nagda, Devendra Sahu, Former Councillor Deepak Kumawat, Dr. Om Parik, and other district officials and youth leaders including Himanshu Bagdi, Surendra Singh Pawar, Aman Asmani, Hitesh Prajapat, Sahil Bordiya, along with numerous party workers.
