Udaipur: Under the aegis of the Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur, a one-day workshop for the second block of November, December, and January was organized in the Conference Hall of the court परिसर, in the gracious presence of Hon’ble Justice Shri Bhuvan Goyal of the Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur.
Judicial officers and judges from the districts of Udaipur, Rajsamand, Chittorgarh, and Salumber participated in the workshop.
The workshop was formally inaugurated with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Hon’ble Justice Shri Bhuvan Goyal. On this occasion, District and Sessions Judge, Udaipur, Shri Gyan Prakash Gupta; District and Sessions Judge, Rajsamand, Mrs. Alka Sharma; and District and Sessions Judge, Chittorgarh, Shri Mansingh Chundawat were present on the dais.
During the workshop, detailed deliberations were held on the provisions of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, the Indian Penal Code, the Indian Evidence Act, and various civil law provisions.
