Producer Jayant Srivastava said on this occasion, "Pratishodh is not just a film; it is a voice against the truth of our society, the pain of relationships, and injustice. In today's times, Bhojpuri audiences want good stories, clean entertainment, and strong acting. We made Pratisodh with this thought in mind. My dream is that Bhojpuri films will be appreciated across the country and abroad." The film stars Gaurav Jha and Ritu Singh in lead roles. They also feature Sanjay Pandey, Amit Shukla, Dev Singh, Saurabh Srivastava, Anu Pandey, Pradeep Vijay, Kajol Shri, Rahul Srivastava, Jayant Srivastava, Shikha Srivastava, Guddan Shivrani, and Ramji Srivastava* in pivotal roles. Child actors Master Siddharth and Master Shivansh have also brought life to the film. The film is directed by Satyarth Sinha and associate director M Satya Dubey. The story is by Vidya Shukla. Music is by Aman Shlok, with lyrics by Rajesh Mishra, Arvind Tiwari, Vinod Srivastava, Shekhar Madhu, Pradeep Dubey, and Deepika Jha.
