Udaipur: Dr. Rohit Mathur has been awarded a PhD in Hotel Management by Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University (PAHER), Udaipur.

Dr. Mathur successfully completed his doctoral research on “Customer Perception Regarding Service Quality in Food and Beverage Services: A Comparative Study of Heritage and Chain Hotels in the Udaipur Region” under the guidance of Prof. Sangeeta Dhar.

The study focuses on evaluating the quality of food and beverage services in heritage and chain hotels and understanding customer perceptions of service quality across the two categories. The research is expected to provide valuable insights into the similarities and differences in customer experiences and service expectations in heritage and chain hotel establishments.

Dr. Mathur’s successful completion of the research marks a significant academic achievement and reflects his dedication, hard work and commitment to research in the field of hospitality and hotel management.
