Sri Ganganagar: District Collector Dr. Amit Yadav on Wednesday inspected the crop cutting process for the moong crop in the Ganganagar subdivision and issued necessary directions to officials of the Agriculture Department and other concerned departments.

The Collector observed the crop cutting exercise at a moong field located in 17 Z. During the visit, Supervisor Rakesh Kumar briefed him about the crop cutting procedure and the various steps involved.

After completion of the required crop cutting and weighing procedures, Dr. Yadav directed the Agriculture Department and other concerned officials to ensure that all further formalities were completed strictly as per the prescribed guidelines.

Assistant Director of Agriculture Sushil Kumar Sharma, Assistant Statistical Officer Subhash Bishnoi and other officials were present during the inspection.
