Narendra Modi has filed his nomination from the Varanasi Lok Sabha constituency

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has filed his nomination from the Varanasi Lok Sabha constituency in Uttar Pradesh for the third consecutive time. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and his proposer Ganeshwar Shastri Dravid were present on the occasion. When Prime Minister Modi arrived to file his nomination, he greeted the District Magistrate S. Rajalingam with folded hands. Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP's National President JP Nadda, and other prominent leaders of the NDA were also present at the nomination venue.

The voting for the seventh phase of the Lok Sabha elections will take place in Varanasi on June 1st. Prime Minister Modi is seeking a hat-trick victory from the Varanasi seat. He won the Lok Sabha elections from Kashi for the first time in 2014 and secured victory again in 2019. Before filing his nomination, Prime Minister Modi performed prayers at the Dashashwamedh Ghat and offered prayers at the Kala Bhairav Temple. Several central ministers including Amit Shah and Rajnath Singh, as well as Chief Ministers from BJP and NDA-governed states, were also present. One of his proposers, Ganeshwar Shastri Dravid, had chosen an auspicious time for Modi's nomination.

Before filing his nomination, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a grand roadshow in Varanasi. The roadshow, spanning five kilometers, received massive support from the local populace. During the event, Prime Minister Modi expressed his gratitude to the people of Varanasi and termed it as an "unforgettable moment" of his life.

Several prominent leaders were present during Prime Minister Modi's nomination. This included Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Lok Janshakti Party Chief Chirag Paswan, Apna Dal (S) President Anupriya Patel, and Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party President Om Prakash Rajbhar. Chief Ministers from BJP and NDA-governed states also attended the event.

Today is also the auspicious day of Ganga Saptami, and Prime Minister Modi participated in the Ganga Aarti on this occasion. He prayed at the Dashashwamedh Ghat and celebrated this special occasion with the people of Varanasi.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has secured significant victories in the Varanasi Lok Sabha seat in the 2014 and 2019 elections. He is hopeful for another significant victory this time. Varanasi, also known as Kashi, has always been a stronghold of the BJP, and its importance has increased further after Prime Minister Modi's arrival.

After filing his nomination from the Varanasi Lok Sabha seat in Uttar Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his first reaction, saying, "What greater fortune can there be?" He added, "I have prayed for the people of the country."

Scholars in Varanasi predict that this auspicious coincidence will pave the way for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's victory. Professor Ramnarayan Dwivedi, the National General Secretary of the Kashi Vidvat Parishad, explained that Pushya Nakshatra is called the king of all nakshatras among the 27 nakshatras.

It remains to be seen how Prime Minister Narendra Modi's victory on the Varanasi Lok Sabha seat will set a new record this time.
