Udaipur: On Hindi Day, Aishwarya College organized the Aishwarya Prerna Award ceremony on September 14, 2024. The event began with a Ganpati Vandana and the traditional lamp lighting by the dignitaries. More than 50 teachers from various schools were honored during the ceremony.
The welcome address was delivered by Dr. Nidhi Vyas, Principal of Aishwarya Management and IT College. The event's distinguished guests included Dr. Shiv Singh Sarangdevot, Vice-Chancellor of Janardan Rai Nagar University, and Nirmal Singhvi, former DG of Rotary and Chartered Accountant. Students Diksha Suthar and Kanishka Patwa welcomed the guests with mementos.
During the ceremony, student Kamlesh Sen presented a speech on the theme "Teachers: The Sculptors of Nation Building." Cultural performances were showcased by students Himanshi Prajapat and Sejal Gairi, while a poem by Bhargav Vaishnav evoked deep feelings of respect and gratitude for teachers, touching the hearts of the audience.
Dr. Shiv Singh Sarangdevot, addressing the honored teachers, emphasized that the patience, enthusiasm, and hard work of a teacher bring about positive changes in a student's life, making the teacher’s role even more crucial in today’s world. Cultural dance performances were also presented by students Sejal Gairi, Harshita Rao, Jiya Pancholi, and Pooja Jhala.
Guest Dr. Chaudhary reminded the students that Hindi is not just their mother tongue, but a symbol of their culture, identity, and self-respect. Teachers from various schools, including Noble International Senior Secondary School, The Steward Senior Secondary School, Toyland Senior Secondary School, Mahatma Gandhi Balika Uchch Madhyamik Vidyalaya Dhanmandi, The Study Senior Secondary School, Guru Nanak School Senior Secondary, and several government schools, were honored.
The event was hosted by students Nikhil Lohar and Khushi Syed, with a vote of thanks given by student Khushi Parikh.
The event was also graced by Dr. Ritu Paliwal, Principal of Aishwarya Postgraduate College, Dr. Rashi Mathur, Principal of Aishwarya Teaching Training Institute, and Dr. Gajaram Sirvi, Principal of Aishwarya Pharmacy College.
