####Amit Kumar and Mukhtika to Create a Musical Evening in Udaipur on November 12

Udaipur: The city of lakes is set to witness a mesmerizing evening of melodies as Amit Kumar Live in Concert will be held on November 12 at the Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandal. The event is being organized jointly by Indira Enterprises, Kashti Foundation, and Ultimate Soul of Music (USM). The concert will pay a musical tribute on the 73rd birthday of Dr. Ajay Murdia, renowned IVF specialist and emerging film producer.

Addressing the press conference, Kashti Foundation’s founder Shraddha Murdia shared that the concert will feature legendary singer Kishore Kumar’s son Amit Kumar and his granddaughter Mukhtika Ganguly, who will grace the stage with their soulful performances. Entry to the concert will be free but by invitation only.

She added that the event theme has been conceptualized by Neetij–Shraddha and Kshitij–Aastha Murdia, blending the emotions of Indira Murdia, the affection of Dr. Ajay Murdia, and the musical spirit of Udaipur’s people. The program also aims to promote local talents, giving them a platform to perform alongside renowned artists.

Among the local performers are Gaurav Medtwal, Ankit Chauhan, Komal Barahath, violinist Kanishka Verma, Divyansh Sharma, Kartik Sompura, Bhavesh Vairagi, Yuvraj, and Sandeep, who will present their musical pieces before Amit Kumar and Mukhtika take the stage. Members of the USM group will also perform during the evening.

Dr. Ajay Murdia mentioned that in memory of Indira Murdia’s deep love for music, several concerts under Indira Swarangam have been organized, including performances by Padma Shri Anup Jalota, lyricist Sameer Anjaan, singer Suresh Wadkar, and filmmaker Vikram Bhatt.

The upcoming concert is not just a celebration of music but also a cultural initiative dedicated to art, social harmony, and positive societal change.
