Three Women Donate Eyes in One Hour on Kartik Purnima,

*On the auspicious occasion of Kartik Purnima, three women underwent eye donation within one hour in the city. Despite heavy rainfall, all three eye donations were successfully completed.*

*Yesterday morning, the sudden demise of Tara Sharma, a resident of Manglapura, Jhalawar, near Panchmukhi Balaji, brought her son, Pramod Kumar Sharma, from Kota's Vidhayak Colony. Tara Ji's husband, former MLA Jwala Prasad Sharma, expressed her desire for eye donation, leading to the coordination of Shine India Foundation's Jyoti Mitra Monu Boyat and Dr. Vaibhav Sharma. The eye donation process was carried out at the residence.*

*On the same day, tragic news was received about the accidental death of Kalavati Khandelwal, wife of Kedar Prasad Khandelwal from Jawahar Nagar, who lost her hand in an accident. In the wake of this sudden incident, family members were deeply in shock. After explaining and gaining consent from the family members, Jyoti Mitra Sanjay Vijavat and Brijesh Khandelwal coordinated with the sons and daughters-in-law, resulting in the eye donation of Kalavati Ji.*

*Subsequently, news was received about the sudden demise of Satnam Kaur, a resident of Saraswati Colony, Baran Road. Upon this information, Jyoti Mitra Deep Sethi of the organization facilitated the coordination and successfully completed the eye donation process with the consent of Satnam Kaur's son Deepender and daughter Sheetal.*

*In an unusual case, the organization received information about the sudden demise of Narendra Mohan Sharma, a retired principal residing in Gujarati Mohalla, Sangoth. Despite being 80 kilometers away in Kota, the family wished for his eye donation. The Shine India team rushed to the location, but after a preliminary examination, it was found that Narendra Mohan Ji's corneas were not suitable for medical reasons. Dr. Kulwant Gaur, in consultation with the family, advised against corneal donation.*
