A Historic Initiative to Take Indian Medicinal Farming to Global Heights

Udaipur,  Amritanjali Ayurveda, with a legacy of over two decades in agriculture and herbal farming, has opened a new chapter in empowering farmers and strengthening the global supply chain of medicinal crops. The company has formally entered the Sri Lankan market, marking its first step beyond India’s borders.

This expansion not only showcases the power of Indian medicinal farming on the international stage but also directly connects farmers with global buyers. Through this initiative, farmers will gain sustainable and profitable international income for their high-quality medicinal and herbal crops.

Strategic Collaboration with Summer Organics

Amritanjali Ayurveda’s Director Saroj Patidar stated that this global foray has been made possible through a strategic partnership with Summer Organics, a trusted name in the organic and herbal sector. This collaboration will build a robust ecosystem to meet the growing global demand for natural and pure medicinal products. It will also increase farmers’ incomes, ensure their economic security, and encourage environmentally sustainable farming practices.

Global Recognition of Indian Tradition

Director Sandeep Patidar emphasized that the Sri Lanka expansion is not merely a commercial move but a symbol of Indian farmers’ hard work, the ancient heritage of Ayurveda, and the agricultural strength of India on a global platform. He added that this achievement is a matter of pride not only for Amritanjali Ayurveda but for the entire Indian agriculture and herbal sector, boosting global demand and acceptance of Indian medicinal products.

Joint Statement

In a joint statement, Directors Saroj Patidar and Sandeep Patidar said:

“India has for centuries been the guardian of medicinal plants and Ayurveda. Our goal is not only to do business but to connect farmers with global opportunities and bring international recognition to their hard work. This expansion into Sri Lanka is a powerful step toward that vision. We believe that in the coming years, India will lead the world in medicinal and herbal farming.”
