Ekling Nath Seva Sanghthan to Empower Thousands of Women Through ‘Naira Home Industry’ Initiative

Udaipur: In a strong move towards women empowerment and economic self-reliance, Shri Ekling Nath Rashtriya Seva Sanghthan has announced the launch of a new initiative titled “Naira Home Industry”, aimed at directly connecting thousands of women with sustainable livelihood opportunities.

Under this ambitious project, more than 1,000 women will be provided direct employment, enabling them to become financially independent and support their families with dignity.

Sharing details of the initiative, Founder President Mr. Akash Bagdi said that the Sanghthan has been consistently working for women upliftment through its ‘Nari Vaibhav Abhiyan’. As part of this campaign, free training programs in tailoring, beauty services, and mehndi art were conducted, benefiting hundreds of women.

Taking this mission further, the Sanghthan is now launching Naira Home Industry, which will focus on skill-based, home-oriented employment. Under the project, women from economically weaker sections will receive training in manufacturing incense sticks, papad, spices, pickles, and other household products.

After completing the training, women will be provided work-from-home opportunities, allowing them to earn a steady income while managing household responsibilities. The products created will be marketed and sold under the ‘Naira Home Industry’ brand, ensuring market access and long-term income security.

Mr. Bagdi emphasized that this initiative is a heartfelt effort to bring hope and opportunity to women who possess skills but lack resources. By connecting talent with structured market support, the Sanghthan aims to create meaningful and lasting social impact.

He further added that the free training programs under the Nari Vaibhav Abhiyan will continue, reinforcing the Sanghthan’s commitment to women-led empowerment and inclusive development.
