Aishwarya College’s Five-Day “Abhivyakti” Festival Begins Grandly

Udaipur: The much-awaited five-day annual cultural festival “Abhivyakti,” organized by Aishwarya Group of Colleges on the occasion of its 30th foundation year, commenced on Thursday in a vibrant and dignified atmosphere. Dedicated to the institution’s glorious three-decade-long academic and cultural journey, the festival is providing a platform for young talent through various junior, senior, and college-level competitions. More than 1,600 students from over 52 educational institutions are participating in the grand celebration.


Chief guest Dr. Shraddha Gattani, guests Dr. Sunita Kumari and Rajat Kahaniwala were accorded a traditional welcome. The event began with lamp lighting and a prayer ceremony.

In his welcome address, Principal Om Prakash Sharma said that the “Abhivyakti” festival serves as a strong medium for promoting students’ holistic development, confidence, creative thinking, and cultural values. He added that the celebration of the institution completing 30 years has become a festival of achievements, traditions, and youthful energy.

Students Rakshita Jain and Khushi Purobia welcomed the guests, while a group song presented by Yana Kalal captivated the audience. Duet dance performances by Priyanshi Paneri–Bhavana Laddha and Himani Nagda–Binisha Singh received loud applause. Student Harshit Devda impressed the audience with a powerful poetry recital, while performances by Divya Lakshmi Jain, Rohit Dangi, and Feba Jacob also remained major attractions.

On the occasion, Assistant Professor Meghna Vijayvargiya shared details about the S.U.P.W. camp activities and emphasized the importance of developing social responsibility, service values, and practical skills among students. Students who displayed outstanding participation in the camp were honored with awards and certificates.

Chief guest Dr. Shraddha Gattani formally inaugurated the “Abhivyakti” festival through a ceremonial scroll opening and said that the true purpose of education is to nurture talent, confidence, and leadership qualities among students. She stated that such platforms inspire youth to recognize their interests and move forward through healthy competition.

Guest Dr. Sunita Kumari encouraged students to adopt naturopathy and a healthy lifestyle, saying that healthy youth are essential for building a strong society.

Advisor Rajat Meghnani was also felicitated during the ceremony. The event was anchored by Gaurangi Purohit and Sakshi Gorana, while Nipun Shukla delivered the vote of thanks to guests, participants, teachers, and the organizing committee.

The next phase of the festival, beginning May 8, will feature literary, intellectual, music, and dance competitions, while the grand closing and prize distribution ceremony will be held on May 11 on the occasion of the 30th foundation day of Aishwarya Group of Colleges.
