Udaipur, : Rotary Club Udaipur Drishti organised a wellness session focusing on women's physical and mental well-being during its 'Grihalakshmi' programme held at Ashoka Green Hotel on Sunday.
The session, led by Dr. Sweety Chhabra, mentor of the club, was attended by nearly 200 women. It featured discussions on sound healing, meditation and skincare, with an emphasis on adopting a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Addressing the participants, Dr. Chhabra said sound healing and meditation could help reduce stress, promote mental calmness, enhance positive energy and improve overall emotional well-being. She stressed the importance of setting aside time for self-care amid increasingly demanding lifestyles to maintain both physical and mental health.
She also shared practical tips on skincare, recommending regular skincare routines, a balanced and nutritious diet, adequate hydration, sufficient sleep, sun protection and healthy lifestyle practices to maintain naturally healthy skin.
Participants actively engaged in the interactive session and described it as informative, inspiring and beneficial.
