Udaipur: A three-day free Yoga and Meditation Camp, jointly organized by Heartfulness Meditation Institute, Udaipur, and ProSkill Hub, concluded successfully with enthusiastic participation from people of various age groups. The camp provided participants with an opportunity to learn and practice simple yet effective techniques of yoga and meditation aimed at enhancing overall well-being.
The sessions were conducted by Heartfulness trainers Dr. Rakesh Dashora and Mrs. Madhu Mehta, who guided participants through yoga, pranayama, and Heartfulness meditation practices. They explained how these techniques can help achieve mental peace, manage stress, foster positive thinking, build self-confidence, and improve concentration. On the third day, Mrs. Asha Sharma and Dr. Subodh Sharma conducted yoga and Heartfulness meditation sessions. The trainers emphasized that regular practice of yoga and meditation contributes significantly to physical, mental, and emotional health, while promoting balance and happiness in daily life.
On this occasion, Mrs. Ganga Kumawat, Director of ProSkill Hub, along with Mrs. Pragati Rathore Thorecha and Mr. Sachin Thorecha, encouraged the participants and highlighted the importance of yoga and meditation in today’s fast-paced lifestyle. They stated that such practices are essential for maintaining a healthy and successful life.
