RAJSAMAND — The Mansoori Samaj Society, Rajsamand, organized a Student Merit Felicitation Ceremony to honor outstanding students, with office bearers of the Mansoori Educational and Welfare Society, Udaipur, attending the event as special guests.

Responding to the society's invitation, Udaipur representatives including President Abdul Latif Mansoori, Secretary Zahid Mohammad Mansoori, Treasurer Mohammad Yousuf Mansoori, Executive Committee Member Mohammad Ishaq Mansoori and Munshi Mohammad Mansoori participated in the ceremony. The guests were welcomed with traditional shawls.

A total of 19 students — nine boys and 10 girls — who scored more than 70% in the Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations were felicitated with certificates, mementos and cash awards.

The Rajsamand Mansoori Samaj Society presented cash prizes of Rs. 11,000 to first-rank holders, Rs. 5,000 to second-rank holders and Rs. 2,100 to third-rank holders in both Class 10 and Class 12 categories.

In addition, community members contributed special awards to encourage academic excellence. Hamid Mansoori awarded Rs. 2,100 to each honored student, while lecturer Shaukat Hussain of Railmagra and Allauddin Mansoori of Kunwariya presented Rs. 1,000 each to every awardee.

The event was attended by Patron Haji Iqbal Mansoori, President Usman Mansoori, Secretary Abdul Rahim Mansoori and other office bearers, who welcomed guests from Rajnagar, Kunwariya, Kankroli, Rajsamand and nearby villages. Representatives of the Udaipur society also felicitated 16 office bearers of the Rajsamand organization, including its patron, president, vice president and secretary.

Addressing the gathering, Haji Iqbal Mansoori, Zahid Mohammad Mansoori and Abdul Rahim Mansoori congratulated the students and their parents. They emphasized that education is the most effective means of achieving personal growth, strong values, business success and social progress, while contributing to the nation's development. They urged families to make education their highest priority.

The Rajsamand Mansoori Samaj Society also hosted a community lunch for all guests following the ceremony.

The organizers appealed to members of the Mansoori community to extend moral, voluntary and financial support to community organizations so they can continue promoting education, social welfare and community development.
