### MLSU Launches Student Grievance Portal “Samadhan”

Udaipur:Mohanlal Sukhadia University (MLSU) on Tuesday launched its Student Grievance Portal “Samadhan” to ensure quick and transparent resolution of students’ issues. The portal was inaugurated by Vice-Chancellor Prof. B.P. Saraswat in accordance with UGC guidelines.

Through the “Samadhan” portal, students can register complaints related to any academic, administrative, or examination-related issues. The university will appoint a nodal officer who will scrutinize the complaints, forward them to the concerned authorities for redressal, and regularly update students about the action taken and final resolution.

The introduction of this online grievance redressal system is expected to significantly improve efficiency and enable timely resolution of student concerns, thereby enhancing overall student support services at the university.

Senior university officials present on the occasion included Registrar Dr. B.C. Garg, Finance Controller Girish Kachhara, Controller of Examinations Dr. Mukesh Barber, Prof. K.B. Joshi, Prof. Hanuman Prasad, Prof. C.P. Jain, along with all Deans and Directors.

The launch of the “Samadhan” portal marks an important step towards strengthening student welfare and promoting a transparent grievance redressal mechanism at MLSU.
