Important Meeting of BCI Leadership Team Concluded; Action Plan Finalized for January to June

Udaipur: An important meeting of the **Leadership Team of Business Circle International (BCI)** was held at **Madhushree Banquet Hall, Ashoka Palace**, where key decisions were taken and a comprehensive action plan for the next six months (January to June) was finalized. Detailed discussions were held on organizational discipline, code of conduct, monthly official meetings, workplace visits, mutual cooperation, and sustainable business growth.

Addressing the meeting, **BCI Global Managing Director Arif Sheikh** emphasized that discipline, clear rules, and collective commitment are essential for strengthening the organization, ensuring that all BCI members move forward in a unified direction.

On this occasion, **BCI Founder and Chairman Mukesh Madhwani** stated that the vision of transforming Udaipur into a “City of Millionaires” has now moved beyond ideas into active implementation. He said that the BCI leadership firmly believes that while ideas are abundant, execution is rare and commitment is invaluable. With this mindset, BCI is prioritizing knowledge-sharing initiatives through **BCI Master Class** and the **One-Day MBA**, providing practical business understanding to SMEs, family businesses, and young executives. He also highlighted that **BCI Gold Seal** is being introduced to establish global standards of trust and credibility.

He further added that as retail is the country’s largest employment generator, BCI has initiated **Retail Awards** to promote and empower local retail businesses.

Mukesh Madhwani informed that a structured plan was prepared during the meeting for **monthly official meetings and workplace visits** of BCI members. It was decided that each charter will mandatorily organize official meetings and workplace visits. In addition, in-depth discussions were held on major BCI initiatives such as **BCI Gold, One-Day MBA, Retail Awards**, and other upcoming programs.

The meeting was attended by BCI Charter Executive Members **Devendra Singh Karir, Amrita Bokadia, Reena Goswami, Dilip Balchandani, Ramratan Dad, Aikarth Purohit, Jeevan Singh Solanki, Ratan Singh Solanki, Vivan Bansal, C. P. Sharma, Radhika Somani, Piyush Kothari, Ashish Samar, Kanhaiya, Mukesh Gurani, and Vipul Joshi**.
