The program commenced on May 30 and will continue for the next four weeks, with sessions being conducted every Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. During the training, participants will receive hands-on exposure to robotics under the guidance of industry experts. The curriculum covers key areas such as mobility, navigation, sensor technology, automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration.
According to the organizers, each batch is limited to 40 students to ensure personalized attention and effective learning. Following the completion of the first batch, the next batch will begin on June 13.
Students from several leading schools in Udaipur, including St. Gregorios School, Rockwoods High School, and CPS Udaipur, are participating in the initiative. Working alongside robotics experts, the children will learn about robot design, operation, and technical development while actively contributing to the creation of a fully functional shopping robot.
At the conclusion of the program, all participating students will be awarded a "Certificate of Innovation" by the experts and the mall management in recognition of their efforts and achievements.
The organizers stated that the primary objective of the initiative is to nurture innovation, stimulate interest in technology among young minds, and equip children with skills relevant to future technologies.
