Udaipur, Marking a significant milestone in healthcare services and medical education, Geetanjali Medical College & Hospital inaugurated the state-of-the-art Cobas Pro Neo ISE Diagnostic Auto Analyzer at its NABL-accredited laboratory on Friday. The advanced high-end diagnostic system was formally launched by Ankit Agarwal, Executive Director of Geetanjali Medical College & Hospital.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Hospital CEO Rishi Kapoor, Medical Superintendent Dr. Harpreet Singh, Geetanjali University Registrar Dr. Arvind Yadav, Dean Dr. Sangeeta Gupta, Additional Principal Dr. Manjinder Kaur, senior clinicians, faculty members, and medical students.
Laboratory Director Dr. Ashish Sharma explained that the Cobas Pro Neo ISE is a cutting-edge diagnostic auto analyzer designed to process large volumes of samples with greater speed, precision, and reliability. One of its most remarkable features is its ability to perform and process more than 200 different types of tests simultaneously, enabling laboratories to generate reports within a significantly shorter timeframe.
He stated that the technology will help reduce waiting times for patients and facilitate the timely initiation of treatment. The analyzer is expected to improve diagnostic accuracy and provide highly reliable test results, thereby supporting clinicians in making better-informed treatment decisions and enhancing overall patient care.
According to the Geetanjali management, this is the first installation of its kind in Rajasthan, representing a major advancement in the state's healthcare infrastructure. The introduction of the sophisticated diagnostic platform is expected to set new benchmarks in laboratory efficiency, quality, and service delivery.
