Six-Day Workshop Based on 'Right Nutrition, Right Exercise, Right Meditation'

Preparations are underway with great fervor for a new perspective-oriented six-day workshop focused on "Right Nutrition, Right Exercise, Right Meditation," scheduled to kick off on 19th March. Running until the 24th of March, this special workshop, with the tagline "Not Lectures, But Practice," is poised to commence.

The coordinators of the workshop, Sanjay Bhandari and CA Mahavir Chaplot, jointly announced that the workshop will be held at Opera Garden near the Chitrakoot Nagar-Bhuvana area of Udaipur city, from 6:30 am to 8:30 am. Participants will have the opportunity to benefit physically and mentally by addressing various health issues such as weight loss, hypertension, asthma, migraines, diabetes, constipation, among others.

Moreover, solutions and specific information regarding thyroid, heart-related issues, depression, and many other diseases will be provided. Registration is mandatory to participate in the workshop, after which entry will be permitted through admission cards distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Social workers Ma Matreyi and Tarini highlighted that in recent days, energized youth from various parts of India have been actively engaging in morning activities in different parks, conducting afternoon sessions, and inviting city dwellers to participate in noble causes during evening social gatherings. After organizing more than 300 workshops across India and abroad, the San To Human Foundation (Indore) aims to awaken people to the benefits of a healthy body, peaceful mind, and joyful life through special yoga training and information on regular dietary habits.

They emphasized that this workshop is not affiliated with any particular religious denomination or political community and does not have any commercial aspect. The sole objective is to uplift human consciousness so that each individual can lead a prosperous life.

Based on the central concept of "Right Nutrition, Right Exercise, Right Meditation," this workshop aims to awaken the energy of our minds, leading individuals towards self-mastery. Over the past few days, approximately 50 small demo sessions have been conducted in various groups, with around 1000 people registered.

In essence, the workshop endeavors to empower individuals to take charge of their own well-being, promoting a holistic approach to health and wellness.
