Bombay High Court disposed of the entire suit filed by the Dhurandar movie director Aditya Dhar against  Santosh Kumar for Defamation*

Advocate for Santosh Kumar, Mr. Chintan Bhuva appeared on 30th April 2026 before Hon'ble Justice Arif doctor and stated that his client has already initiated separate legal  proceedings available under law for infringement of his script rather than arising his grievances in public and henceforth won't be stating any defamatory statement and also Santosh Kumar's counsel Mr. Chintan Bhuva said that even earlier remarks were not specifically directed to dhar and was in general.

Further - *Mr .kumar states that " I want justice towards the infringement of my script"*
