Air Marshal Nagesh Kapoor Reviews Readiness at Air Force Station Jaipur

Jaipur,Air Marshal Nagesh Kapoor, SYSM, PVSM, AVSM, VM, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief (AOC-in-C) of the South Western Air Command (SWAC), undertook an official visit to Air Force Station Jaipur from December 12 to 13, 2025. He was warmly received by Group Captain Vinay Bhardwaj, Station Commander, Air Force Station Jaipur.

During the visit, the AOC-in-C conducted a comprehensive review of the station’s operational preparedness. Commending the dedication and professionalism of the Air Warriors, he lauded their exemplary performance during Op Sindoor and underscored the importance of maintaining round-the-clock operational readiness in the evolving security environment.

Air Marshal Kapoor also emphasised the need for heightened security awareness and the responsible use of social media, reiterating that vigilance and discipline remain key pillars of operational excellence.

As part of his tour, the AOC-in-C paid a courtesy call on the Hon’ble Governor of Rajasthan and briefed him on the upcoming Fire Power Demonstration scheduled to be held at Jaisalmer, highlighting its significance in showcasing the Indian Air Force’s combat capabilities and preparedness.

The visit reinforced the Indian Air Force’s unwavering commitment to operational excellence, security consciousness, and seamless civil–military cooperation.
