Speaker Vasudev Devnani Extends Greetings on World Heritage Day

Jaipur: Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Speaker Vasudev Devnani extended his greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of World Heritage Day. He said that historical heritage is not merely a memory of the past, but a living symbol of our cultural identity and pride.

Devnani stated that Rajasthan holds a unique place on the global stage due to its rich heritage, magnificent forts, palaces, temples, and vibrant folk culture. He emphasized that the preservation and promotion of these heritage sites is not only the responsibility of the government but also a duty of every citizen.

He further said that along with modern development, it is essential to safeguard our traditions and heritage so that future generations remain connected to their history and continue to draw inspiration from it. He made a special appeal to the youth to stay aware of their cultural heritage and actively participate in its conservation.

Devnani added that by preserving our heritage, we protect our identity and history, which is the greatest asset of any society.
