Jaipur: As part of the ongoing Reverse National Integration Tour being conducted from 10 to 17 May 2026, students of Army Public School Jaipur are undergoing a unique and immersive journey to the forward areas of Jammu and Kashmir under the aegis of HQ South Western Command in coordination with the Ace of Spades Division. The initiative aims to strengthen the spirit of national integration by providing young students first-hand exposure to life, culture and operational realities in border regions.
During the tour so far, the students have witnessed state-of-the-art Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) capabilities and gained valuable insight into the technological advancements being employed by the Indian Army in modern warfare and surveillance operations. The participants also had the privilege of interacting with General Officer Commanding of the Ace of Spades Division, gaining inspiration from his experiences, leadership and vision.
The tour has further enabled the students to actively participate in community outreach initiatives at CRS Rajauri, fostering meaningful interaction with local communities and promoting the values of mutual understanding and unity. The students also engaged with their counterparts at AGPS Rajauri, facilitating cultural exchange and strengthening bonds between youth from different regions of the country.
Adding to the enriching experience, the students witnessed the operational prowess, firepower and battlefield dominance of Artillery Regiments deployed in the region. The exposure offered the young participants a rare opportunity to appreciate the dedication, professionalism and sacrifices of soldiers serving in challenging terrain and operational environments.
The journey so far has emerged as a powerful blend of learning, culture, technology and soldierly ethos. Through immersive experiences and direct interaction with the armed forces and local communities, the tour is shaping young minds, instilling patriotism and promoting the ideals of “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat.”
Such initiatives by the Indian Army continue to play a vital role in nurturing national pride, encouraging social cohesion and broadening the horizons of the youth by connecting mainstream urban India with the remote frontiers of the nation.
