Bharatiya Janata Party's Dr. Alka Singh and Dr. Satish Poonia, and Indian National Congress's Neeraj Dangi declared elected

Jaipur. All three candidates who filed nominations for the 2026 Rajya Sabha biennial election from Rajasthan have been elected unopposed. These candidates were declared elected as Rajya Sabha Members of Parliament at the State Legislative Assembly on Thursday.

The Returning Officer for the Rajya Sabha election, Bharat Bhushan Sharma, announced the election of the three candidates on Thursday after the scheduled deadline for the withdrawal of nominations (3:00 PM) had passed.

Returning Officer Mr. Sharma declared Bharatiya Janata Party candidates Dr. Alka Singh and Dr. Satish Poonia, as well as Indian National Congress candidate Neeraj Dangi, elected unopposed and presented certificates to all three candidates.
