Jaipur: KC GlobEd successfully organized a Vice Chancellors’ Round Table Meeting in Jaipur, bringing together distinguished vice chancellors, academic leaders, policymakers, and education visionaries from across India. The discussion centered on the theme, “Reimagining Universities for Viksit Bharat: AI-Ready Talent, Employability & Global Competitiveness.”
Held at the Jaipur Marriott Hotel, the round table served as a significant platform for deliberating on transforming India’s higher education system to meet the evolving demands of a global economy. The event aimed to strengthen industry-academia collaboration, advance finance education, and explore innovative institutional partnership models that can help universities nurture future-ready talent while enhancing academic infrastructure.
Dr. Nirmaljeet Singh Kalsi (Retd. IAS), former Chairman of the National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India, attended the event as the Chief Guest. Addressing the gathering, he said:
"To position India as a global financial and economic powerhouse, it is essential to build a robust ecosystem of finance education and professional skills. Universities have a tremendous opportunity to make globally relevant finance education accessible through innovative partnership models. This will empower students across the country to build successful careers in the international finance sector."
Representatives from leading institutions across Rajasthan and neighboring regions participated in the session, including JECRC University, Amity University, Poornima University, Nirwan University, NIMS Jaipur, IIS University, ICFAI Tech School Jaipur, Sangam University, Vivekananda Global University, Takshashila Business School, Jagannath University, Apex University, RTU Kota, JK Lakshmipat University, and Suresh Gyan Vihar University.
Prominent academic leaders actively contributed to the discussions, including Prof. (Dr.) Manpreet Singh Manna, Executive Director of GCC School, and Dr. Kamal Chhabra, Founder and CEO of GCC School and KC GlobEd.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Kamal Chhabra said:
