#### Love, respect, and joy marked the three-day celebration

Udaipur: Delhi Public School, Udaipur, organized a grand three-day celebration of Grandparents’ Day for students of both CBSE and Cambridge wings. The event aimed to revive the essence of family traditions and highlight the invaluable role of grandparents in a child’s life. Around 750 people attended the joyous occasion.

The celebration commenced with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, followed by soulful bhajan performances by students. The young learners captivated the audience with their renditions of the Hanuman Chalisa, delightful solo dances, and melodious songs. Management member Mrs. Apoorva Agarwal warmly welcomed the guests and emphasized that grandparents are divine blessings whose place in life can never be replaced.

Principal Mr. Sanjay Narwaria inspired everyone with his encouraging words and extended greetings to all present. Students presented impressive speeches in English and Hindi, heartfelt poems, and an engaging play by the Pre-Primary section. Aerobic and group dance performances added energy and excitement to the event.

Grandparents and parents also shared their heartfelt thoughts and experiences, making the day even more meaningful. Winners of the English Poetry Competition and the Inter-Class Science Competition organized by the Cambridge Wing were felicitated with certificates of appreciation.

The event concluded with fun games, prize distribution, and a vote of thanks. It proved to be a memorable day filled with love, gratitude, and joy for the entire school community. Pro Vice Chairman Mr. Govind Agarwal encouraged students to cherish and respect the vital role of grandparents, fostering stronger emotional bonds across generations.
