Monthly Poetry Gathering of “Lafzon Ki Mehfil” Held; Competition Winners Felicitated

Udaipur: The monthly poetry session of the reputed literary organization Lafzon Ki Mehfil was held in a dignified atmosphere on Sunday at the banquet hall of Ashoka Palace. Senior and young poets from the city presented their compositions, creating an emotional and literary ambiance throughout the event.

Founder Mukesh Madhwani informed that during the session, winners of the March poetry competition were felicitated. In the competition, Shiekh Muhammad Hanif Razvi secured first place, Prakash Tatad stood second, and Asha Pandey Ojha achieved third place. All winners were awarded trophies and special prizes.

On this occasion, literary figures Dr. Kuleshkar Vyas and Vijay Kumar Maru were honored with turbans, shawls, mementos, and certificates of appreciation.

Program coordinator Pt. Purushottam Shakdwipiya ‘Premi’ informed that several poets and writers participated in the session, including Naresh Sharma, Arun Chaubisa, Nutan Bedi, Shahid Hussain Shaida, Prof. Vimal Sharma, Gulzar Chittorgarhi, Akbar Khan Shad Udaipuri, Advocate Riaz Khan, Shakeel Alauddin, Shrenidan Charan, Dr. Ishaq Furqat, Banshilal Lohar, Akhilesh Joshi, Chandresh Khatri, Manohar Lal Mukhiya, Mamta Mahatma, Meenakshi Panwar, Dr. Kuleshkar Vyas, Narottam Gaur, Vijay Kumar Maru, Som Shekhar Vyas, Mukesh Parwana Ajmeri, Vijay Kumar Nakaam, Sabira Rani, Pushkar Gupteshwar, Balkrishna Tripathi, Harish Kumar Amit, Vandana Sisodia, Manohar Dembla, Dr. Renu Siroya, Umar Farooq Oman, Asma Begum, Husaini Bohra, Dr. Amrita Bokdia, Asha Pandey Ojha, and Sarita Kunwar Rao, among many others.

Poets shared their creations, enriching the program with creativity and expression. The session concluded with a collective resolution by all literary participants to continue promoting and preserving literary traditions.
