Launch of ‘Udyami Mahila Association’ (U.M.A.) in Udaipur, Focus on Women Empowerment

Udaipur: With the aim of providing a common platform for women entrepreneurs, the first meeting and inauguration ceremony of the ‘Udyami Mahila Association’ (U.M.A.) was held on May 3 in Rajasthan.

The program commenced with an opening address by Trustee Deepti Makwana. On this occasion, discussions were held regarding the association’s future plans under the leadership of Founder Mayuri Verma, Deepti Makwana, and Anju Pamecha. Renowned architect Sunil Laddha attended the ceremonyas the chief guest and was welcomed by Anju Pamecha.

During the meeting, Deepti Makwana stated that the primary objective of the association is to connect women micro-entrepreneurs through networking and to promote their businesses. Several women entrepreneurs from the city were present and shared their professional experiences during the event.
