District Collector Participates in Deepdaan Ceremony at Kundai

Udaipur: As part of the **"Vande Ganga Jal Sanrakshan Jan Abhiyan"** (Vande Ganga Public Water Conservation Campaign), a **Deepdaan (lamp offering) ceremony** was held at **Ghotipa Talab** in **Gram Panchayat Kundai**, under the Bhindar Panchayat Samiti.

District Collector **Namit Mehta** visited **Kundai** on Thursday evening during his tour of the Bhindar region. At the edge of the Ghotipa pond, he joined a large gathering of villagers to participate in the Deepdaan ritual.

Addressing the public, the Collector urged everyone to actively take part in this important initiative launched by the state government and emphasized the need to **protect water and preserve the environment**.

The event also saw the presence of **IAS trainee Srishti Dabas**, other administrative officers, local public representatives, and a significant number of local residents.
