District Collector Gaurav Agrawal Visits Gogunda–Sayra Region

Udaipur: District Collector Gaurav Agrawal visited the Gogunda and Sayra areas on Friday. During the tour, he conducted detailed inspections of government offices, a hospital, and the Annapurna Rasoi. He also held a night public meeting at Gram Panchayat Brahmanon Ka Kalwara in Sayra block, where he listened to the grievances of villagers.

**Pays Tribute to Maharana Pratap, Issues Maintenance Instructions**
In the afternoon, the Collector reached Gogunda, where he paid homage to the statues of Maharana Pratap and Rana Punja. He inspected the historic coronation site of Maharana Pratap and an ancient stepwell, directing officials to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the entire .

**Inspection of Offices and Key Instructions**
The Collector then inspected the Tehsil and Sub-Divisional offices and reviewed work progress with SDM Shubham Bhaisare and Tehsildar Praveen Kumar Saini. He instructed that all revenue court records be digitized to improve transparency in functioning.

During his visit to the hospital, he emphasized improving cleanliness and directed officials to send a proposal for new equipment for the sonography machine. At the Annapurna Rasoi, he interacted with beneficiaries to assess the quality of food being served.

He also engaged with villagers to hear their concerns. Upon learning that families organizing weddings were facing difficulties in obtaining gas cylinders, he directed officials to ensure immediate resolution. He instructed Public Works Department (PWD) officials to complete the road construction from the bypass to the bus stand within one month and submit a report.

The District Collector also directed all officials to regularly monitor complaints on the contact portal and ensure their prompt resolution. The visit was attended by several officials, including Development Officer Jitendra Singh Rajawat, Naib Tehsildar Ganesh Vijayvargiya, Chief Medical Officer Dinesh Meena, and Dr. Shantilal Chaubisa.
