Maharana Bhupal Hospital Receives Trademark Registration

Udaipur: After continuous efforts spanning three years, (MBGH), Udaipur, has officially received trademark registration. This achievement will further strengthen the hospital’s identity, quality standards, and institutional reputation.

Hospital Superintendent Dr. R. L. Suman stated that consistent efforts were made to secure trademark registration in order to establish the institution’s unique identity and ensure its protection. Following a lengthy legal and administrative process, the hospital has now achieved this significant milestone.

The trademark registration has been granted by . Advocate Brijesh Chauhan played an important role in providing legal guidance and handling the required documentation throughout the process.

Dr. R. L. Suman further explained that the MBGH name and logo are now legally protected. If any individual or institution uses the hospital’s logo or trademark without authorization, legal action will be taken against them as per regulations, including the imposition of penalties.

He formally presented the trademark registration certificate to Dr. Rahul Jain. Also present on the occasion were Dr. Vijay Gupta, Additional Principal Dr. Kirti Singh, and Administrative Officer Hukmi Chand Meena.
