Professor Vimal Sharma Honored with the “Veer Shiromani Maharana Pratap Mewar Lok Ratna Samman”

Udaipur : The National Lok Adhikar Manch, Udaipur conferred the prestigious “Veer Shiromani Maharana Pratap Mewar Lok Ratna Samman” upon Professor Vimal Sharma for his long-standing and impactful contribution to heritage preservation.

Event coordinator Advocate Bharat Kumawat informed that the award was presented during a ceremony held at the Somani Auditorium of Shramjeevi College on the occasion of Constitution Day. Prof. Sharma, who serves as the President of Lokjan Seva Sansthan and Thakur Amarchand Barwa Smriti Sansthan, as well as the Coordinator of the Udaipur Foundation Day Committee, has been continuously working for the past 15 years in the field of heritage conservation. His remarkable contribution to preserving historical, social, cultural, and educational heritage and bringing Mewar’s legacy closer to the younger generation earned him this distinguished honor.

Dean of the Law College Dr. Kalavati Munait and President Awardee Dr. Rachna Telang presented the felicitation citation to Prof. Sharma. They extended their best wishes and expressed confidence that he will continue to contribute significantly to society and the promotion of local heritage in the years to come.
