Happy Home Higher Secondary School in Pratap Nagar organized a science fair under the Atal Lab Project initiated by the Government of India. The event featured a total of 32 diverse models created by students. The fair was inaugurated by the institute's director, Dr. Jagdish Arora, and academic director, Dr. Sushma Arora.
Guests for the science fair included Piyush Sharma and Dharmendra Trivedi from Gitanjali College, along with judges Pankaj Sharma, Bhupendra Jani, and Nancy Salvi.
Students from grades 9 to 12 participated enthusiastically. Through their models, they shared information about various energy sources and their utility in human life. Pratyush Sharma and Kumkum Khinchi secured the first place, while Pooja Suthar and Ravi Lohar won second and third places, respectively, each receiving cash prizes.
The main contributors to model creation were Physics lecturer Robin Chaudhary and Atal Lab in-charge Nirmala Salvi. Students enthusiastically showcased working models on topics such as wind energy, laser home security, acid rain, waste management, a day-and-night working model, holograms, tornadoes, nitrogen models, street-free electricity, Newton's pendulum, earthquake alarm systems, greenhouses, lunar eclipses, Chandrayaan 3, water treatment plants for industrial and urban areas, blind sticks, automatic toll gates, obstacle detection glasses, the human brain, the respiratory system, microscopes, rainwater harvesting, DC motors, magnetic energy, water tank alarms, fire alarms, hydraulic switches, solar fans, the water cycle, Newton's cradle, animal protection in fields, mini air conditioners, volcanoes, and turbine engines.
