Udaipur,  The West Zone Cultural Centre (WZCC), Udaipur, has announced a free photography competition based on themes associated with Shilpgram and the Shilpgram Utsav.

WZCC Director Furqan Khan informed that the competition aims to provide a wider platform for showcasing the artistic essence of Shilpgram, its folk-cultural environment, and glimpses of the Shilpgram Utsav. Participants may submit photographs depicting Shilpgram, its folk art performances, or any aspect of the festival.

Any participant aged 18 years or above can submit two photographs—captured through a mobile phone, DSLR, or drone—each up to 5 MB in size. Entries must be uploaded through the designated Google Form by December 5, 2025, midnight. The competition is completely free, with no registration fee.

Interested participants can access the Google Form via tinyurl.com/SHILPGRAM or through the Centre’s official Facebook and Instagram pages. Additional information can be obtained by contacting the office during working hours.

A jury will select the top three winners, who will receive awards. All selected and winning photographs will be displayed at the Sangam Gallery during the Shilpgram Utsav. According to the organizers, this competition offers photographers a unique opportunity to showcase their creative vision and artistic talent.
