Jaipur, An Ex-Servicemen Rally is being organised at Hisar Military Station on 29 November 2025 under the aegis of Sapta Shakti Command to honour the stellar contribution of Veterans, Veer Naris and Veer Matas residing under the Dot On Target ( DOT) Division. The event will bring together Veterans from ten districts of Haryana namely Bhiwani, CharkhiDadri, Fatehabad, Hisar, Jhajjar, Jind, Mahendragarh, Rewari, Rohtak and Sirsa with the aim of celebrating their contribution to the nation and addressing their welfare needs. Shri Nayab Singh Saini, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana, is likely to grace the occasion as Chief Guest, along with Lt Gen Manjinder Singh, Army Commander, Sapta Shakti Command, senior military leadership, civil dignitaries and a gathering of over 1500 attendees.


Haryana, regarded as the cradle of soldiering, is home to a proud and large and vibrant veteran community that has upheld the finest traditions of the Indian Armed Forces. The Rally will feature welfare and felicitation activities, cultural performances, a patriotic song on Raja Nahar Singh, and a display by the military band. Dedicated stalls by Record Offices, Banks, Zila Sainik Boards (ZSBs), Ex Service Men Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS), Defence Pension Disbursing Office (DPDO), and Army Welfare Placement Organisation (AWPO) will provide on-the-spot documentation assistance, grievance redressal and information on welfare schemes, reinforcing the collaborative responsibility of civil administration and the Armed Forces.

A comprehensive Medical Camp will also be established, offering specialised tests including cancer screening, bone density assessment, and selected blood examinations to address age-related health concerns of Veterans and Veer Naris. The participation of government departments, financial institutions, and welfare agencies highlights a Whole-of-Nation approach towards ensuring seamless delivery of entitlements and long-term support to Ex-Servicemen and their families.

The Ex-Servicemen Rally 2025 reaffirms the Indian Army’s unwavering commitment to the welfare, dignity, and continued well-being of its Veterans. The event underscores camaraderie, shared responsibility, and the enduring bond between serving personnel and Veterans, while recognising their pivotal role in nation-building and the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision.
