Jaipur,  The Chief Secretary of Rajasthan, V. Srinivas, along with Director General of Police Rajeev Kumar Sharma, visited the Mansarovar Police Station in Jaipur on Sunday to review modern policing practices and digital innovations adopted at the station.

During the visit, the Chief Secretary reviewed several digital systems being implemented at the police station, including e-FIR, e-evidence, e-summons, and app-based monitoring of cyber crimes and crimes against women. After the inspection, he appreciated the functioning of the station and described Mansarovar Police Station as Rajasthan’s fully digital “model police station.”

He stated that Mansarovar Police Station stands as an excellent example of police reforms driven by digital transformation. Congratulating the leadership of Rajasthan Police, he noted that the effective use of technology has significantly enhanced transparency, speedy service delivery, and citizen-centric policing.

The Chief Secretary congratulated Rajeev Kumar Sharma, Jaipur Police Commissioner Sachin Mittal, Inspector General of Police Rahul Prakash, and the Rajasthan Police leadership team for the successful implementation of digital police reforms. He also shared a meal with officers and personnel at the police mess during the visit.

At the conclusion of the tour, the Chief Secretary expressed confidence that such innovations would lead to continuous improvement in law and order and the quality of citizen services across the state.
