This tableau was created under the guidance of the state's Deputy Chief Minister and Minister of Tourism, Art and Culture, Diya Kumari, Additional Chief Secretary Praveen Gupta, and Deputy Secretary Anuradha Gogia, in line with the vision of the state's Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma.

The tableau clearly reflected the spirit of 'Vocal for Local' and 'Aatmanirbhar Bharat' (Self-Reliant India). The vibrant performance by Usta artists demonstrated how traditional crafts can become a powerful means of livelihood and create new employment opportunities in rural and semi-urban areas. Experts believe that such a national presentation will not only promote tourism but also give Usta art a new identity internationally.

The overall color scheme of the tableau was based on golden, maroon, and desert colors, symbolizing the soil of the Thar Desert, the glow of the sun, and the tradition of Rajasthani valor. The central part of the tableau depicted a live demonstration of Usta art by artisans from Bikaner, a city known for this craft, conveying the message that this art is not merely a legacy of the past but remains vibrant and relevant today.
