Udaipur, Prof. Vimal Sharma of Udaipur has been awarded the first prize in the National Essay Competition organized on the theme “Environment, Tourism, and Spirituality in Literature.” The competition was hosted by Samaras Sansthan Sahitya Srijan, Gandhinagar (Gujarat), under the aegis of Sanskriti, Sahitya, Media Forum, Kota. Participants from seven states including Rajasthan, West Bengal, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Maharashtra, and Haryana enthusiastically took part.

Competition Theme and Jury
National President Dr. Shashi Jain informed that participants submitted their essays with deep interest and creativity on the chosen theme. Founder of the institute, Shri Mukesh Kumar Vyas ‘Snehil,’ shared that the jury panel comprised retired Principal and Hindi Professor Narayan Lal Sharma (Kota), Dr. Shashi Jain, and CEO Dr. Prabhat Kumar Singhal.

Results and Recognition
According to the jury’s decision, Prof. Vimal Sharma of Udaipur secured the first prize, while Sapna Jain Shah received a consolation award. The results were officially communicated via email by Dr. Prabhat Kumar Singhal, the convenor from Kota. Other winners represented Jalgaon, Jodhpur, Kota, Raipur, Ahmedabad, Bhilwara, Bharuch, and Chhotapara (Chhattisgarh).

All the winners will be honored in the annual ceremony to be held at Kota, where they will be presented with a certificate of appreciation, shawl, scarf, memento, and a cash prize.
