Udaipur,District Collector Namit Mehta has directed that the records and responsibilities of the village panchayats newly included within the limits of Udaipur Municipal Corporation be transferred without delay. A key meeting with officials of the Municipal Corporation and Zila Parishad was convened on Wednesday in this regard.
Several Panchayats Incorporated
Zila Parishad CEO Ria Dabi informed that 11 village panchayats of Girwa Panchayat Samiti have been fully included and 2 partially, while 5 from Badgaon Panchayat Samiti have been fully included and 5 partially. Additionally, 1 village panchayat of Kurabad Panchayat Samiti has been partially added. Panchayats such as Balicha, Dhol Ki Pati, Savina Gramin, Dewali Gramin, Titardi, Debari, Bedwas, Kaldawas, Manvakheda, Kanpur, and Bhoiyon Ki Pancholi are among those integrated.
Directions on Records and Liabilities
The Collector reviewed the progress made so far and instructed that all records, lease documents, details of completed and ongoing development works, budgets, and liabilities be compiled and transferred at the district level. He further directed that the entire process be completed within one week.

The meeting was attended by Municipal Commissioner Abhishek Khanna, trainee IAS and Badgaon BDO Srishti Dabas, Additional Development Officer of Zila Parishad Rajendra Sharma, among others.
