Udaipur: On the auspicious occasion of Lord Mahavir’s birth anniversary, a free medical and consultation camp was organized at the Devendra Dham premises. The camp was jointly conducted by Shri Devendra Dham Trust and Madan Mohan Malaviya Government Ayurveda College, Udaipur, benefiting a large number of people.

The camp was inaugurated in the presence of Udaipur Rural MLA Phool Singh Meena, former Mayor and Executive President of the Trust Rajni Virendra Dangi, and Principal of the Ayurveda College, Professor Ashok Kumar Sharma. On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Kishori Lal Sharma informed attendees about the importance of Ayurveda, yoga, and naturopathy.

Camp coordinator Garvit Sisodiya stated that the Devendra Dham Trust regularly organizes such service activities. Due to the growing popularity of Ayurveda, yoga, and naturopathy among the public, this camp was arranged, and people expressed the need for such initiatives to continue in the future.

During the camp, expert teams from Madan Mohan Malaviya Government Ayurveda College and the Government Yoga and Naturopathy College provided medical consultation and treatment. Information on acupuncture, cupping therapy, yoga, and pranayama was also shared, with notable interest from the youth.

Additionally, preventive measures for seasonal diseases were discussed, and herbal decoctions (kadha) were distributed. Facilities for blood sugar and hemoglobin testing were provided, and free Ayurvedic medicines were distributed to patients by the college team.

A fat analyzer machine was a major attraction at the camp, allowing individuals to check their BMI and body fat and receive medical guidance. The postgraduate physiology department’s expert team conducted “Prakriti Pariksha” (body constitution analysis) and provided personalized diet and lifestyle advice.

Doctors including Dr. Ashwini Kumar Sharma, Dr. Ved Prakash, Dr. Sachin Mittal, Dr. Neelam, Dr. Mukesh, Dr. Abhishek, Dr. Rekharam, Dr. Mahesh, Dr. Hemraj, Dr. Vikas, and Dr. Mona rendered their services at the camp. The Prakriti Pariksha team included Dr. Banwari, Dr. Shivam Mahajan, Dr. Shivam Sharma, Dr. Komal, and Dr. Priyanka.

Trust Treasurer Prakash Jhagrawat expressed gratitude to the doctors and nursing staff. Co-Secretary Himmat Mehta informed that more than 151 people benefited from the camp.

The event was attended by members of Shri Devendra Dham Trust, including Ramesh Khokhawat, Ganeshlal Gokhru, Vijay Singh Chhajed, Suresh Badala, Ramesh Jain, Rajendra Lodha, Ravindra Siyal, Sangeeta Vardiya, and Suresh Chaplot. Members of the women’s group, including Ranjana Chhajed, Rekha Chordiya, Pushpa Jain, and Manju Mehta, along with several other dignitaries, were also present.
