Udaipur: With the objective of discovering and nurturing young talent, Srijan The Spark – Asansol Chapter successfully organized Talent Hunt 2026, featuring solo singing and solo dance competitions. The event turned into a vibrant celebration of creativity, confidence, and artistic expression, with more than 90 children from Nursery to Class V showcasing their exceptional talents.
Rajesh Khamesra, Chairman of Srijan The Spark Apex, said the event featured a series of colorful musical and dance performances that captivated the audience. The young participants displayed remarkable confidence, discipline, and dedication to their art, leaving a lasting impression on judges and spectators alike.
In the Solo Singing Competition, the budding singers won hearts with their melodious voices and expressive performances. Shreyashi Mandal secured first place in Group A, while Aishiki Mandal emerged as the winner in Group B. Several participants were also honored with special awards, including Best Voice, Best Expression, Best Rhythm Sense, Judges' Choice, and Most Promising Singer.
The Solo Dance Competition was equally impressive, with participants delivering energetic and graceful performances. Pradipti Ghosh claimed first place in Group A, Dhritiman Layak in Group B, Abhistha Karmakar in Group C, and Arna Mahato in Group D. Special awards were also presented for Best Costume, Best Expression, Best Coordination, Best Choreography, and Emerging Talent.
The panel of judges applauded the participants for their hard work, confidence, and artistic abilities, emphasizing that the competition was much more than a contest—it was a celebration of children's dreams, creativity, and passion. They noted that every performance reflected the dedication and enthusiasm of the young artists.
One of the highlights of the event was the announcement that selected participants will receive special training from the judges beginning next Saturday. These young performers will be mentored and prepared for an upcoming grand musical event, where they will have the opportunity to perform live alongside songs rendered by senior artists.
