Udaipur: Karate players from Udaipur delivered an outstanding performance at the 3rd Bhopal Open All India National Karate Championship, held at SAGE University, Bhopal, bringing laurels to Rajasthan and securing national recognition. Representing the state, the team from The Ray Martial Arts & Fitness Point, Udaipur showcased exceptional skill and determination to finish as National Runner-Up.

Under the guidance of Sensei Hemant Kumar Lohar and Sensei Lalit Vairagi, the athletes excelled across various categories, winning an impressive tally of medals.

The team's gold medalists were Rudra S. Pillai, Devyangya Singh, Aditya Dangi, Vikram Singh, and Harshit Patel, whose remarkable performances brought pride to Udaipur.

The silver medals were won by Lakshya Dixit, Prateek Choubisa, Kavyansh, Kshitij Meena, and Gaurav Vairagi, strengthening the team's overall standing in the championship.

Adding to the medal haul, Himanshu Vaishnav, Aman Sharma, Mrityunjay Singh, and Garvit Ved secured bronze medals, making a significant contribution to the team's success.

In recognition of its exceptional overall performance, The Ray Martial Arts & Fitness Point was awarded the National Runner-Up Trophy, marking a proud achievement for the academy and the city of Udaipur.

Upon their return to Udaipur, the players received a warm welcome and were felicitated for their remarkable accomplishment. Speaking on the occasion, coaches Hemant Kumar Lohar and Lalit Vairagi credited the success to the athletes' hard work, discipline, and consistent training. They expressed confidence that the team would continue to excel and bring further glory to Rajasthan and India in future international competitions.
