NEW DELHI / UDAIPUR In recognition of 26 years of continuous dedication to community welfare and social service, Dr. Ajay Murdia, senior member of the Rotary Club of Udaipur, was conferred with an international honor at a ceremony held at The Hotel Grand in New Delhi. Rotary International President Olayinka Babalola personally presented the certificate of commendation to Dr. Murdia, marking a significant milestone for Rotary District 3056 and the regional community. A Milestone in Community Service According to Nirmal Singhvi, Public Image Director and Past District Governor of Rotary District 3056, Dr. Murdia joined the Rotary Club of Udaipur in the year 2000. Over the past two and a half decades, he has actively participated in numerous healthcare drives, social assistance initiatives, and community upliftment projects. He currently serves as the Director of Community Service for the Rotary Club of Udaipur. The presentation ceremony was attended by District Governor A.K.S. Arun Bagaria, Rotary International Director K.P. Nagesh, International Vice President M.M.R., along with several past district governors and international delegates. Recognition for Rotary District 3056 Leaders Srichand Khathuria, President of the Rotary Club of Udaipur, and Secretary Dushyant Somani noted that Rotary District 3056 received broad representation at the event. Alongside Dr. Murdia, Dr. G.L. Rathi and Kiran Poddar of Mayur Uniquotes were also personally presented with certificates of commendation by the Rotary International President for their contributions to community welfare. Members of the club praised the award as an example of sustained civic engagement and leadership from the region.
